Start with one useful answer per page

Map the questions your customers ask to the pages that can answer them. A service page should explain the offer, scope, practical requirements and next step. A project page should show what happened with permission to use the images and facts.

Use CMS when the same content structure repeats, such as projects, articles or locations. Keep genuinely different services distinct. Do not create a separate page just to change a town name or a minor keyword variation.

Structure reusable content ↗

Make the page and its metadata agree

Give each page a specific heading, title and description. Link related pages with labels that describe the destination. Review the published URL, search settings and image descriptions as part of the same content check.

Paazaa's publishing workflow keeps the public Website separate from the editing interface. Publish ready content and review its public result. A crawler needs the meaningful page content; an editor preview alone does not establish what visitors or search engines receive.

Review publishing ↗

Use observations to choose the next edit

After connecting an authorized search property, compare queries, landing pages, impressions and clicks over comparable periods. Read CTR with position and intent. A query with impressions but few clicks may need clearer positioning, a better answer or simply more time and evidence.

A website builder cannot guarantee rankings. Content usefulness, competition, site reputation and changing search results all matter. Record what you changed and when before attributing later movement to one edit.

Questions before you start

Does a builder guarantee good rankings?

No. Technical controls help make content accessible, but rankings also depend on relevance, usefulness, competition and other signals outside a builder's control.

Do I need a page for every keyword?

No. Group keywords that share the same intent. Improve one helpful page where it can answer the question fully.
