Is Ask the same as Composer?

Ask helps visitors on a published Website. Composer helps the Website owner ask questions, plan supported changes and review drafts. They have separate roles and settings.

Does Ask use my Website content?

Ask supports retrieval from configured Website sources. Select and sync the supported sources, then use the retrieval test to check what it can find.

Can a visitor request a reply from me?

The configured handoff can collect contact details and the purpose of the request with consent. Review the submitted request in Ask; it does not guarantee an immediate human response.

Will it answer every question?

No. Coverage depends on your sources and setup, and model responses can be wrong. Test important questions and provide a clear route to a person.

What affects availability?
