Do I need separate web hosting for my website builder?
In most cases, no. Website builders are usually hosted platforms with managed infrastructure included.
A more useful answer
Separate hosting is for WordPress or custom code you install. Paazaa is a hosted Website: you edit Pages and publish from the Website dashboard.
If you already own a domain, keep it at the registrar and point www to Paazaa. You do not move the domain to a second hosting company.
